Our Story
Sinaloa Searoll wasn't born in a restaurant — it was born at family tables along Mexico's Pacific shoreline, where ceviche is squeezed fresh every morning and tortillas are pounded by hand before the sun climbs high.
We brought that tradition to W Tennyson Road in Hayward because we believe the Bay Area deserves more than fast food dressed up as Mexican. We believe in real ingredients, real techniques, and real flavor that makes you close your eyes on the first bite.
Every dish on our menu is a love letter to Sinaloa — the state that gave Mexico some of its most iconic seafood, its boldest salsas, and its most generous hospitality.
Why We're Different
Three things set us apart — and once you taste them, you'll know exactly what you've been missing.
Every tortilla is pressed, cooked, and served within minutes. White corn, blue corn — we grind our own nixtamal every morning. This is the difference you can taste in the very first bite.
Our ceviches arrive daily, sourced from the same waters that feed Sinaloa's coast. We cure them in real lime juice — never vinegar — and never let anything sit overnight. If it's not perfect, it doesn't leave our kitchen.
Our salsas are roasted over open flame and ground in a molcajete — no blenders, no shortcuts. From the gentle warmth of our tomatillo verde to the eye-opening kick of our habanero roja, every sauce tells a story.
